- Personalised plan: based on our discussion you'll receive a tailored coaching plan for you.
- Regular sessions: regular coaching sessions. Either in-person or online via Zoom.
- Face to face meetings in an office, social setting or my central London or Amsterdam office.
- Ongoing support and materials: in-between session support by e-mail or telephone and materials.
Free introductory session
All new clients receive a free introductory session. It's an informal chat where we'll discuss how I can best support you in achieving your goals.
