I've delivered drug, alcohol, addiction and recovery sessions with clients for 10 years and understand what can benefit and hinder living a new sober life. As a sober coach, working in London & Amsterdam, I work closely with clients in a supportive and non-judgmental environment to set realistic goals, prioritise and plan new aspects of your life, develop coping mechanisms and longer-term strategies, and help navigate what happens after rehab, therapy or drug support. Unlike traditional therapy, recovery coaching or sober coaching is a goal-oriented programme and focuses on the present and future, helping clients to take charge of their recovery with confidence and resilience.
Recovery coach with over 10 years experience
Over the last 10 years, I’ve undertaken roles as support, key worker, motivational, recovery and sober coach with LGBT+ and addiction recovery clients. Working for prestigious health services and organisations in the United Kingdom and Netherlands; Dean Street clinic & Chelsea & Westminster Hospital, National Health Service, GGD Amsterdam and London Friend.
I work with clients across United Kingdom, The Netherlands and remotely with the the rest of Europe.
